Our HR Department processes applications everyday weekday to effectively maintain a higher staffing potential. Upon successful completion and processing the new employee is orientated and assigned to a patient.

Our office provides 24 Hour support for any situation. Civility Home Care is a licensed, bonded and insured employer and covers all active employees under its W.C. policy.

Our CRMs make it easy for you to access your shifts and stay in compliance. Caregivers use telephony or mobile visit verification for clocking in and out of shifts, viewing and completing care plan tasks, as well as staying connected with admin staff.

Our in-service program will keep you up to date and refreshed on care skill industry changes. Employees may also enroll into our caregiver university to take their skills to the next level. Advanced dementia, end of life care, post hospital care, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson and developmental disabilities are a few courses to mention.
